UPDATE 3/16/2020, 8:00 p.m.: Tulare County has received notice of a new positive case of COVID-19, putting three total cases in the County of Tulare, with 73 individuals under self-quarantine. The patient in this new case is acutely ill and in the Kaweah Delta District Hospital. More details will be released as they become available.
