The Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA) Mental Health Branch provides services for residents who are experiencing symptoms of mental illness and/or substance use disorder.

Our network of County-operated, community-based, and mobile clinics provides a wide range of mental health and substance use disorder services throughout the county. Together, these programs create a system of care for individuals of all ages.

Services are available in English and Spanish, with interpreters available for other languages, and may be offered in person, by telehealth, and over the phone.

Our goal is to help you live and thrive within your community. To do so, we use a “whatever it takes” approach to support the wellness and recovery process. Our case managers work to provide connections to resources that may help you live independently within your community.
