Grievance Procedure

The CCS/MTP programs received guidance from the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to establish a procedure for taking and resolving grievances received from CCS beneficiaries and/or representatives. Per Numbered Letter 06-1023, the CCS beneficiaries and/or representatives can file a grievance verbally, in writing, by phone, or by downloading the form through the HHSA website.
