We encourage residents of Tulare County to listen and connect with the personal experiences shared by members of our community.  The objective is to reduce the stigma associated with receiving Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services by highlighting the importance of seeking wellness and recovery for the individual and our community.
