The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has been working to meet the Special Terms and Conditions (STC) of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) approval of California’s Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) waiver authorized under Section 1915(b) of the Social Security Act. DHCS has completed posting the 2016 statewide aggregated Mental Health Plan (MHP) performance dashboards and the county specific MHP performance dashboards on the DHCS website. Per STC requirements, these dashboards are also posted on County websites for ease of public access. Below are the links to each dashboard.
