Vienna Barnes is the Deputy Director for TulareWORKs and has been with the HHSA for 25 years, all in the TulareWORKs Division.
During her tenure with HHSA Vienna has held various positions, thereby developing a wealth of knowledge of social services programs and practices. She is well versed in project management and has worked extensively with various internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Vienna is committed to public service and helping children and families in Tulare County who are most in need.
