Suicide Prevention Month
September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, which includes Suicide Prevention Week (September 8-14) and World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10).
We can all play a role in suicide prevention by knowing the warning signs, talking openly about suicide, and engaging in non-judgmental, caring dialogue.
If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available. Call or text 988 or send a chat message online for free, confidential support.
