California Offers Free Mental Health Support to Residents of All Ages

Observed in the United States since 1949, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. If you did not know California offers free, confidential mental health support to residents of all ages—no insurance or referral required.
Programs like CalHOPE Connect, BrightLife Kids, and the Soluna app provide easy-to-access support for individuals, families, and youth in Tulare County. These services help manage stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being through coaching, live chat, and peer support.

CalHOPE Connect
