We encourage residents of Tulare County to listen and connect with the personal experiences shared by members of our community.  The objective is to reduce the stigma associated with receiving Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services by highlighting the importance of seeking wellness and recovery for the individual and our community. Held the second Saturday of each month in Visalia, Walk with a Doc is a free community outreach program, which strives to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages. This doctor-led group is a fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health, and meet new friends.
