Local Oral Health Program (LOHP)

OUR VISION 
All Tulare County residents will have access to and utilize oral health services and enjoy optimal oral health. 


MISSION STATEMENT 
Improve oral health in Tulare County by fostering leadership, ensuring access to culturally appropriate preventive education and clinical services, and promoting oral health as part of total health. 
 

Tulare County will create and expand capacity at the local level to educate, aid in prevention, and provide linkages to treatment programs for dental disease, including that caused by the use of cigarettes and other tobacco products. Tulare County will create program activities related to the community's oral health, including education, disease prevention, linkage to treatment, case management, and surveillance.
