Three reports will be provided: statewide aggregate data; population-based county groups; and county-specific data. These aggregate reports provide adult information on the initial indicators that were developed for the Performance Outcomes System. DHCS plans to move to annual reporting of these data for the Performance Outcomes System.

2022 Walk with a Doc Program

Walk with a Doc is a free community outreach program, which strives to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages. This doctor-led group is a fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health, and meet new friends. Held the second Saturday of each month, walks start at 8:30 a.m. and are held at Blain Park in Visalia.
