Mental Health Crisis Line
If you see a person whose behavior could possibly be dangerous to himself or to others, or who needs emergency help, please call 911. Be sure to ask for an officer who has been trained in crisis intervention for the mentally ill.
Our Crisis Line is a unique resource for persons with mental illness (and for family and friends of persons with mental illness) and for those considering suicide.
If you are not sure whether professional help is needed for the behaviors you are observing or experiencing, our specially trained staff can help you make that decision. If you believe that help is needed, an individual from our emergency team will come to your location and perform an assessment to determine how to best help the person in crisis.
