Alcohol & Other Drug Prevention, Treatment, & Recovery
Are you concerned about your children being exposed to drugs and alcohol in your community? Would you like to help make your community a healthier, safer place for your children?
Or perhaps you yourself are struggling with alcohol or drug addiction—could you use a little help?
The Alcohol & Other Drug program works to create wholesome communities by preventing involvement with alcohol and other drugs. In addition, we are here to assist those who want to overcome alcohol or other drug dependencies.
Prevention services include training, education, and distribution of information about the perils of addiction. One major goal is to discourage underage drinking and overall drug use. Through community outreach, we encourage the creation of strong neighborhood groups that result in a safer, healthier environment.
Treatment services are available for those who want to focus on eliminating their substance abuse. We provide a variety of programs to assist people in their recovery efforts. An emphasis is also placed on helping people who suffer from drug or alcohol abuse and, at the same time, have symptoms of mental illness.
